The TKH Group Graduate Associate Programme is a structured development pathway designed for high-potential graduates who aspire to build a long-term career within a professionally governed property group. The programme provides exposure across our operating platforms, hands-on responsibilities and guided development under experienced leaders, preparing participants for future leadership roles within TKH Group.
