Scope of the policy
Employees, former employees, contractors, business partners, and other stakeholders may raise concerns relating to TKH Group’s operations, including:
- Fraud, corruption, or financial misconduct
- Abuse of authority or conflicts of interest
- Breaches of laws, regulations, or internal policies
- Unethical or improper conduct
Confidentiality and protection
TKH Group commits to protecting the identity of good-faith reporters and handling reports confidentially as far as reasonably possible. Retaliation against those who report responsibly is not tolerated.
How reports are handled
